Marketing & Content Generation Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and, with the help of the sales team, converting those leads to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage rich content and an editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc. Work closely with the sales team to document pilots and success stories.

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • Some past experience in marketing preferred

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions

  • Amazing English skills, you love to communicate and share ideas

  • Proficiency in marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

  • Develops go-to-market strategy with the Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites

  • Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner

  • Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization

  • Undertake and monitor researches to provide highly needed support for the business development team

  • Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization

  • Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends; this enables the organization improve on its effectiveness in service delivery

  • Provide required support for the organization’s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management

RESPONSIBILITIES

Jack and Ferdi is looking for a Data Research Associate to join its team. The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Conduct research according to the provided methodology

  • Make propositions of new content and/or edits on existing content

  • Participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
